Adaptive Corporation Streamlines Customer Experience with Acquisition of Maverick Solutions Canada Dassault Product Sales Business Unit

Adaptive Corporation has acquired the sales and marketing rights for all Dassault CATIA-brand software products in Canada from Maverick Solutions Inc., giving Dassault Systemes’ customers a single point of contact for sales, training and support throughout North America.  Given Adaptive Corporation’s mission to help customers compete more effectively in the global economy, this move will simplify access to Adaptive’s “best in class” resources for CATIA-based solutions.

“Since so many of our customers depend on Dassault and Adaptive to help them implement DABASA (DA=Design-it Anywhere, BA=Build-it Anywhere, SA=Sell, Service and Support-it Anywhere) across their enterprises, our partnership with Maverick Solutions is a natural response,” according to Frank Thomas, President of Adaptive Corporation.  “Previously, Maverick was only licensed to sell in Canada, and Adaptive in the U.S.  Now, we can offer products, training and support services through a single transaction anywhere in North America, and provide service and support anywhere they’re needed.”

As Maverick’s core competencies and future focus are on training, the company will continue to offer premiere classroom and web training on the full Dassault Systêmes portfolio in Canada and the U.S., serving as Adaptive’s training services organization.   Maverick currently offers over 30 training classes, ranging from Fundamentals and Intermediate to Expert-level training as well as Expert-level certification on CATIA.

Maverick Solutions and Adaptive will collaborate in expanding sales and support of the CATIA-brand product suite by Dassault Systêmes.  Adaptive’s product and service portfolio is focused on enabling and supporting DABASA, which is the cornerstone of any corporate globalization strategy.  Designed and implemented specifically for each customer by Adaptive, Dassault Systêmes Product Lifecycle Management Solutions (PLM), including CATIA for product development and ENOVIA for data management, provide affordable access to the advantages of PLM, including reduced costs, improved collaboration, enhanced responsiveness and knowledge-sharing, reduced Time-to-Market and optimized efficiency.
