MODSIM – The New Approach to Collaborative Design & Simulation

Modeling & Simulation (MODSIM) is for CAD-CAE coming together, helping design engineers at the early stages of product development. In the vision of DASSAULT SYSTEMES, such close integration of CAD-CAE and beyond, like in the domains of manufacturing and governance, join in the 3DEXPERIENCE platform. It brings many roles together, addressing individual needs, while working harmoniously under one environment. In this presentation, we talk about the benefits of MODSIM. We show some of the workflows that facilitate this close collaboration between a designer and an engineer, or the integration of the various tasks that a design engineer performs as an individual, with a higher focus on Simulation.
